We connect patients with healthcare providers—including hospitals, doctors, laboratories, pharmacies, ambulances, and cabs—to simplify access to care. Boonboonze is a technology platform and not a healthcare provider. Our services do not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. In an emergency, call your local emergency number immediately.
Some services may require prepayment or deposits; provider‑specific rules apply. We display applicable cancellation and no‑show policies at the time of booking so you can make an informed choice.
No abuse, spamming, scraping, reverse engineering, or unlawful activities.
All site content, UI elements, software, logos, and trademarks are the property of Boonboonze or its licensors, protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Boonboonze is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages—including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption. Our total aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for the service in the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to defend and indemnify Boonboonze against claims arising from your misuse of the services or violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations or risks to security or operations.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.
We may update Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

You may deactivate your account at any time from your profile or by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, fraud, or security risks.
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of content you submit (reviews, messages, documents). You grant Boonboonze a limited license to use submitted content for service delivery.

By using our services, you consent to receive electronic communications (emails, SMS) related to your bookings and account, including one‑time passwords (OTPs) for verification and important service notices.
We are not liable for delays or failures due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, network outages, or acts of government.
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

2. Delivery timelines for other services vary based on provider location.
3. Unexpected delays (traffic, weather, emergencies) may affect delivery times.
